Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Customers who purchase a subscription or recurring purchase option from TSR can cancel or change their subscription at any time unless the product page or checkout clearly states a minimum commitment period. Cancellation requests should be made through the customer account portal or by contacting support before the next billing date.
If a customer cancels after a recurring order has already been charged, that charge applies to the order already processed, and the subscription will end before the next renewal cycle unless otherwise agreed. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.
If TSR later introduces minimum commitment offers, those offers must clearly disclose the minimum term before purchase, and cancellation rights would apply according to the disclosed terms.
