Shipping Policy

TSR ships across eligible European destinations. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed, and extra charges must be clearly disclosed to customers.

Unless a different delivery period is specifically agreed at checkout, orders should be delivered within 30 days under EU consumer rules. Estimated delivery windows shown on the store are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather events, peak periods, or destination-specific issues.

Order processing typically begins once payment is confirmed. Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, TSR may require the customer to pay re-shipping costs before the order is sent again.

For international or cross-border orders within Europe, delivery charges can vary significantly, and these costs must be displayed clearly before checkout so customers can compare and decide before purchase.

If an order is lost in transit, customers should contact TSR support. Claims for lost parcels may require time for carrier investigation before a refund or replacement is issued.
